The Three Pass Trek is an exciting adventure in the Everest region of Nepal. It’s famous for its beautiful scenery and high-altitude passes. Here are the best parts of the trek:
Renjo La Pass (5,360 meters):
See amazing views of Everest, Lhotse, and Makalu.
Walk around the stunning Gokyo Lakes with their clear glacial water.
Cho La Pass (5,420 meters):
Cross a tough pass and enjoy views of Ama Dablam and other peaks.

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu, meet your guide, and prepare for the trek.
Day 2 UNESCO Heritage Sightseeing
Explore Kathmandu’s cultural sites and undertake a trek briefing.
Day 3: Flight to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2,610 meters)
Take a scenic flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region.
Begin trekking towards Phakding, a picturesque village along the Dudh Koshi River.
Day 4: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters)
Trek through pine forests and cross suspension bridges.
Reach Namche Bazaar, a vibrant Sherpa town, and acclimatize.
Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
Hike to Everest View Hotel for panoramic mountain views.
Explore Namche, visit local markets, and acclimate to the altitude.
Day 6: Namche Bazaar to Thame (3,800 meters)
Trek to Thame, a serene village with a famous monastery.
Enjoy the cultural richness and breathtaking scenery.
Day 7: Thame to Renjo La Base Camp (4,700 meters)
Ascend to Renjo La Base Camp with stunning views.
Prepare for crossing Renjo La Pass the next day.
Day 8: Renjo La Pass (5,360 meters) and Gokyo Lakes (4,790 meters)
Cross Renjo La Pass for panoramic views of Everest, Makalu, and Cho Oyu.
Descend to the beautiful Gokyo Lakes region.
Day 9: Gokyo Lakes Exploration and Rest
Explore Gokyo’s turquoise lakes, hike Gokyo Ri for stunning vistas.
Rest and acclimate for upcoming adventures.
Day 10: Gokyo to Thagnak (4,750 meters)
Trek to Thagnak along the Ngozumpa Glacier.
Experience the raw beauty of the glacial landscape.
Day 11: Thagnak to Cho La Pass (5,420 meters) to Dzongla (4,830 meters)
Cross the challenging Cho La Pass with breathtaking mountain views.
Descend to Dzongla for a well-deserved rest.
Day 12: Dzongla to Lobuche (4,910 meters)
Trek to Lobuche through the scenic Khumbu region.
Marvel at the changing landscapes and alpine views.
Day 13: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,160 meters) and Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters)
Trek to Gorak Shep, then hike to Everest Base Camp.
Witness the Khumbu Icefall and surrounding peaks.
Day 14: Kala Patthar (5,550 meters) and Pheriche (4,240 meters)
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views.
Descend to Pheriche for a lower altitude and rest.
Day 15: Pheriche to Kongma La Pass (5,535 meters) to Lobuche
Cross Kongma La Pass with stunning views of Ama Dablam and more.
Descend to Lobuche for an overnight stay.
Day 16-17: Descend to Namche Bazaar and Return to Lukla
Trek back via Namche Bazaar, retracing the route.
Reach Lukla, concluding the Three Pass Trek.
Fly back to Kathmandu the next day.
Day 18: Departure from Kathmandu
Depart from Kathmandu or explore additional attractions as per your schedule.
